The park staff was extremely courteous and helpful; among the nicest we have found in the four years our family has been camping. Our campsite, which was close to the entrance/exit and front bathhouse, was large and backed to trees and a fence. All sites and roads were well-maintained gravel, although we needed to use levelers for our camper. Our site, as well as many other areas throughout the park had well manicured grass and even mulched perennial flower gardens. The camp store was well stocked and had reasonable prices. Our only complaint was the pool area. While clean, the pool and surrounding "patio" was outdated. We would definitely stay here again.

Delaware Seashore State Park Campground is a good no-nonsense campground located on the Indian River Inlet between the Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean. We enjoyed the full hookups, short walk to the Inlet, and reasonably short walk to the beach. The beach was crowded yet enjoyable, and was staffed with lifeguards. The playground area was also very nice for my six year old. The campground staff (front gate) was courteous and helpful. All of the sites were pull-thru, although somewhat difficult to maneuver because they are so close together. The only negative was the small sites, which lacked privacy and enough space to park most larger trailers and tow vehicles together. We would stay here again in the future, but would request an end of row site for more space.

We took advantage of a special 4 night package during the week for $45 nightly that included a "Red Carpet" Site (W/E/S/C), unlimited water park usage, 4 hour cart rental, and 2 free ice creams. This would have normally cost around $120 nightly. Having a "Red Carpet" site, we were quickly escorted by staff to our pull-thru site, which was a nice touch. The site (C-3) was well shaded, large, although slightly unlevel. The water park was extremely nice, clean, and large, with ample space and seating for our family. The game room, store, and pavilion were modern and well maintained. The staff were mostly helpful and friendly, except for one older "gentleman" who manned the store register, who felt the need to "shoosh" my 5 year old for calling her sister's name too loudly in an already crowded store. I was wondering if this was the same person who others have had issues with. Since it happened within the first 2 hours of our stay, it did not ruin it. The only other issue was found by my wife dealing with lack of cleanliness and overflowing of toilets and showers in the ladies bathhouse near the store. This, the normal rate of $120, and the grouchy guy in the store prevented us from giving Yogi's a 9 or a possible 10. We would stay here again, especially if we could find another discounted deal.

Our site was private, shaded, and was located next to the catch-and-release fishing/swimming lake. The campground had very little vehicle and foot traffic in our area. The pool, store, restrooms, snack bar, and other facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous as well. We were particularly surprised at how well the seasonals were maintained, and how friendly most of the residents were. Overall, an excellent campground and a positive experience. We would camp here in the future.

We stayed at Eagle's Peak for three nights in one of two pull thru sites on "The Hill" with 30A/E/S/C. All of the sites here were well shaded, clean, and appeared to be mostly level. The showers were clean, although the water was extremely hot (in the men's). The family pool was great for the kids, especially the "walk-in" shallow end. However, we found that the pool became out of hand on Saturday. That is, many children and adults were running and rough housing, making it difficult to stay in the pool with our children. The pool definitely needs a lifeguard. This concern was expressed to CG management, who responded to our request within minutes, acknowledging that they probably need a lifeguard. Maintenance also responded to cable repair request within ten minutes! Nearly all interaction with CG personnel was positive, as they were polite and friendly. Overall condition of the campground was very good. Our 20 month old especially enjoyed the Sunday AM fire engine ride! We would recommend this campground to others, but would suggest using the pool during the weekday only.

Excellent campground in oceanside setting. Wildlife was plentiful, deer, unusual birds, and of course the Assateague ponies. We camped for two nights with electric hookups in Loop H. Sites were paved and mostly level, each with a picnic table. Clean bathhouse, dumpsters, water, and dump station were located nearby. Loop was about 75% full during our stay, but the rest of the campground seemed to be around 10%, so the beach and paved biking trail were wide open. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Just remember that the campground is situated on a "wild" island, with many animals and insects (including ticks during our stay). Also, the weather, particularly the wind, can change from good to bad in a hurry. We will definitely camp here again.

This is the third year that we have camped at Muddy Run. This park is clean and quiet. The sites and roads are paved, although our site (#25) was slightly unlevel. The paved roads make it easy for the kids to ride their bikes/scooters to the playgrounds, one of which is slightly more modern than the other, and is surrounded by finely shredded rubber mulch. Hiking on the trails to the lake is also enjoyable. The shower facilities are clean and acceptable. The gate personnel are friendly and helpful. Muddy Run is a great basic amenity park to relax and enjoy the change of seasons, since it is surrounded by mature trees, woods, and wildlife, particularly deer. We will be camping at Muddy Run again in the future.

This was our second trip to Old Mill Stream in as many years. The campground is well shaded, clean, and quiet. The roads are paved, making bike riding easy for kids. The game room, store, and playground are minimal, yet acceptable. The showers and restrooms are very clean, air conditioned, and modern as well. The staff, including the owners, are extremely friendly and helpful. Back in sites however, are rather difficult to back into, a small price to pay for the overall relaxing experience at this campground. We will be returning next year.

Williamsburg KOA is conveniently located about 20-30 minutes from most area attractions. The staff was courteous and attentive. We had to call on them twice for a minor electrical problem and a problem with bees near our site. Both times they responded within 15 minutes. The pool, restroom, and shower facilities were clean; however, the restrooms/showers could definitely use some climate control to make them cooler. Children's activities were present and acceptable. We stayed in a "deluxe pull-through" site with our 33' trailer. These sites were extremely narrow and difficult to navigate, being flanked by trees on both sides. Several severe storms flooded ours and other sites with slippery mud. The sites could benefit from some tree removal and the addition of gravel. Overall, this campground was acceptable, however, we would likely try another area campground next time due to the poor condition of the sites.

Nice basic campground five minutes from Knoebel's Amusement Park. We stayed in Section E, in a site that was well manicured and surrounded by nice shade trees. Park had a nice "country" feel and was quiet. The bath house facilities were dated, but mostly clean and acceptable. Staff was courteous, attentive, and helpful. We would definitely recommend this campground and would stay here in the future.

Overall condition of the campground and facilities was very good, particularly the bath house. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even under the stress of freezing temperatures and having to move nearly all of the planned Easter activities indoors at the last minute. We will definitely camp here again in the future.

Muddy Run is a great no-frills campground located in a nice wooded recreational area. There are no sewer hook-ups, and water and electric hook-ups are often located far from your site. Bring extra cord and hose. There are numerous opportunities to hike on the various trails located throughout the park. There is a nice, large lake for fishing and boating. Roads and sites are paved, allowing children to easily ride their bikes. Main playground was modern and well maintained. The park was quiet and the facilities were clean. The staff was also very courteous as well. We have been to Muddy Run before and will certainly return in the future.

During our stay, the restrooms and showers were modern and clean. The bath house that we utilized contained six separate facilities, each having a lockable door. The two pool facilities were nice and clean. The teenage employees who handled the family craft activity were reasonably efficient and suprisingly courteous. Other workers were pleasant as well. The only negative was the difficulty our ten and three year olds had riding their bikes on the hills and road surface of small rocks.

The toilet and shower facilities were obsolete and extremely dirty. Faucet and shower water in the bathrooms had an extreme metal odor. Pay showers were the only type available. The showers contained dirt, sand, and mold. There was a staff to clean the facilities, we know this because male worker walked into the women's facility while my wife was showering. After complaining, management advised that they were busy preparing for the seasonal residents to arrive, and that a new bath house would be in service in a couple of weeks. There were hundreds of cigarette butts in the sites, and none of the brochure's promised children's activities ever took place. There are too many other campgrounds near the Wildwoods, I would absolutely not recommend this one.
